3' BUOY LIGHT - ORIG. PAINT
In near original condition. Weighs an incredible 145 lbs. Stands 36" tall. Still has the original Fresnel lens. Made in England. Lights like this kept ships from running aground. In WW II, the Germans frequently shot out these life saving beacons, hoping to cripple Allied ships hauling supplies to and from Britain. Good- looking if left in its present painted state, but can be stripped and polished. Numbers on the lights vary.
